One of the amazing things I have experienced in Dahn Yoga is that I can really change my energy. The aura com really taught me this too. I was very low in energy and was falling asleep when I took first aura, then I made up my mind to change the aura by doing physical exercises and waking myself up and then my aura did changed! We can really choose to make effort to change. I changed when I trusted myself more. the keys…faith, trust, willpower, conviction!

“There is no expert for human experience. Each of us is the specialist of our own lives. Human Technology is about living a life of creation.”
I really appreciate this quote by Dr. Ilchi Lee. It’s so true, we try to perfect ourselves in ways which are not who we are. We are only “experts for human experience” when we just simply live our own lives. Human Technology by our choice can be the most innovated or the most primitive kind of technology. We are our own creators. Who choose and create our own lives.
