I really enjoy all the little messages the Masters put around at my Dahn Yoga center. It really helps to calm you down and bring little smiles to your face here and there. ^^

For instance right when you come in and take off your shoes they have a sign which says, “Taking Your Shoes Off Means… letting go of today’s worries.”

Sometimes i jokingly say when I’m leaving the center that I’m putting my worries back on. ^^

A quote from Ilchi Lee’s, Human Technology.

“There is no expert for human experience. Each  of us is the specialist of our own lives. Human Technology is about living a life of creation.”

I really appreciate this quote by Dr. Ilchi Lee. It’s so true, we try to perfect ourselves in ways which are not who we are. We are only “experts for human experience” when we just simply live our own lives. Human Technology by our choice can be the most innovated or the most primitive kind of technology. We are our own creators. Who choose and create our own lives.
