This realization is clearly evident in the massive, worldwide popularity of the film The Secret, which reminded people that they can make the lives they want simply through positive focus of the mind. Many teachers, such as those featured in the film, are coming forward to help us rediscover our ability to create our lives with intention.
For almost thirty years, I too have been offering this awareness to my students. None of the many training methods I have created exist solely to promote physical fitness. Health of the body is important, but it is useless if one does not also possess a happy heart and a peaceful spirit. The overriding purposes of all these training methods have always been to help people create the lives they really want to live, especially through the development and training of the brain.
Brain Wave Vibration is a tool tor honing your ability to cre¬ate your life with intention. Most likely, I do not have to convince you that your thoughts are powerful and that positive thoughts are the key to making a better life.

All of this may seem too good to be true. The reason that you may not so easily believe in this method is simple: you don’t really believe in yourself. In order to convince you of this method, I must first convince you to believe fully in yourself. You may have a decent amount of self-confidence and a relatively high level of self-esteem, at least in the conventional psychological sense. But if you are like most people, you have no idea how much power you really possess.
At some point in humanity’s ancient past, it seems that we stopped believing in our own inherent power. Many of the world’s mythologies speak of a time during which all humanity lived in harmony with itself and the Earth. Disharmony came when people collectively agreed that power comes from some where outside themselves. They invented gods and kings and fought over which one should be given supremacy. All the power they needed already existed within them, but unfortunately they had forgotten this.

They are used to thinking that the harder they work at a something, the better the results will be. This is often true, but you must remember that Brain Wave Vibration works on a very different principle than other exercise forms. Brain Wave Vibration is not about moving the muscles, pumping the heart, or burning calories, although all these things may offer added benefits. Rather, it is about improving the energy system of the body, especially as it relates to your brain. This could mean that very subtle vibrations are all that are needed. In fact, large, flamboyant movements will tend to draw you into the outside world, which is not the desired effect. As you begin, focus on your body to discover your own natural rhythm. Begin with simple, subtle movement and let the sensation grow from there.
There is no specific amount of time needed to practice it. A session could last from 3 minutes to an hour or more. Anv break during the day—even while sitting at your desk—can be turned into a Brain Wave Vibration break. The results you get depend on how well you focus and how deep you are willing to go into the vibrations, not on the amount of time you spend doing it. Start with several 3- to 5-minute sessions, then gradually increase the amount of time you spend on a single session. Eventually work up to sessions of 10 minutes or more to recharge the body with fresh energy. Later, you will learn to consciously adjust the strength of the vibration and the amount of time spent to suit the condition of your body.
