University of Mississippi announces new program for those pursuing healthcare life dream

Many people look to higher education as a means of helping them pursue a life dream that they may have had for a while. As a result, more schools are increasing their continuing learning options to meet the needs of those who are going back to school but need a flexible schedule.

For example, The University of Mississippi recently announced that it will be releasing a new master's degree in healthcare administration that will be available in the fall. Academic officials believe that because the job market looks so promising for this field that it was important to help those who are looking to advance their qualifications.

“The industry is growing and changing rapidly and there is a need for bright creative talent," said Bethany Cooper, director of corporate relations and MBA services. "This is a new, cutting-edge online program designed to provide graduates with an opportunity to assume upper-level managerial and leadership roles within the healthcare delivery system."

Additionally, school administrators believe that this program will encourage others to make a difference in the healthcare field.
